Get ready to treat yourself to a great session with one of Australia’s most impressive real estate business owners. Garth Makowski is not just a top agent, he’s a top bloke. You’ll hear all about (and be able to download) Garth’s very popular 10 tasks list and Garth also delivers a great ‘pre-game’ pump up you’ll want to keep on high rotation.
And last week, I officially got a sponsor! And just in time for my 10th episode.
LockedOn, the real estate software company I’m involved with, is on board as a sponsor and to celebrate, the guys have given me the green light to offer you a sweet deal. You get $50 off your monthly payment which is a discount of almost 35% plus you get $400 off your joining fee. But wait… there’s more! If you’re ready to experience real estate’s best software, I’ll set you up with a call from Luke Newton (who is something of a real estate software guru) to help you fast track your set up, import your contact list if needed and generally make sure you hit the ground running with your brand new software.
An Interview with Garth Makowski describing his Top 10 Daily Tasks
I recorded this interview with Garth Makowski late last week. Garth is a director at Harcourts The Property People in Campbelltown NSW. This is a company that will do about $4.5 million in real estate commission this calendar year. Garth not only manages a team of 35, he sells 200 homes a year.
Whenever I speak with Garth, I always come away feeling like I could take on the world and win. His personal energy is clearly evident in this episode and I’m pretty sure your time with Garth will have the same effect on you.
At RECHARGE last year, Garth shared his highly popular 10 tasks list. He explains each one brilliantly during our interview. This is a stunningly simple success template that will make you rich if you follow it. I also have Garth’s permission to offer you the 10 tasks here.
The top 10 tasks list that has made Garth a millionaire!
This is a story about a pool table
Just had a fabulous weekend up at the Chalet which is about 2 hours north of Toronto. Saturday was the most beautiful day of the year so far. It was also the day we took delivery of a 10 foot pool table that belonged to my wife’s late father. Christine and her dad spent a lot of time playing pool and she has great memories of the table which she almost lost at one point when her ex sold it on her. (Maybe that’s why he’s her ex!)
I’ve made a little video about the table and its long journey to the chalet this weekend. We had some fun this weekend and I wanted to share it 🙂
