She’s young, she’s smart, she’s committed and she’ll do whatever it takes to build a successful real estate business even if it means working 7 days a week!

I have to let you in on a little podcaster’s secret: You get to meet and connect with some amazing people in this line of work.

Hosting & presenting a podcast for real estate agents is often challenging but when you get to speak with people like Angie Shuetrim-Milles, my guest for this episode, it’s all worth it times 1000!

The failure rate for new businesses (including real estate businesses) is high. Too high.

But here’s someone who was warned about all the risks and did it anyway!

When you listen to this episode, you’ll heat the passion and enthusiasm in her voice and you can almost see the spring in her step.

She cares for her clients (like really cares) and it shows which is probably why her conversion rate at the listing presentation is so high.

She took a gamble and with hard work and following proven ideas and formulas she’s being rewarded by owning what must be one of the most profitable small businesses in the country.

There is no luck in business except the luck you make for yourself and in a world where bad news rules, it’s so awesome to be part of this story and I feel this episode is way more important than it sounds.

So here she is and I’m more than a little proud to have played a small role in her success. Enjoy my interview with the very talented Angie Shuetrim-Milles. Buckle up!
